Positive: The host was very helpful when Google Maps got a bit confused with all the back roads in Solwezi. Unfortunately, most of the roads in Solwezi are unkept dirt roads, but the apartments themselves were exceptionally clean and neat. You can really see the effort that was put into making the stay as comfortable as possible. The WiFi signal was great and very much needed since we barely had cellphone reception. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

Negative: We rented two apartments and unfortunately we couldn’t get hot water in one of them. The aircon in the living room was also supposed to work on the inverter, but it didn’t switch on. Luckily the host took note of the issues, and since the place is still very newly built, they should be easy and quick to fix.
